By supporting the "Year of Sports in AMAKS" project, colleagues from the Tuapse district are always happy to be involved in such large-scale sports events aimed at the development of sports and the improvement of the nation.
On May 27, athletes from AMAKS Orbita Resort took part in the All-Russian Physical culture and Sports complex "Ready for Work and Defense" (TRP) and successfully passed all standards. The athletes tested their strength in the following tests: running (60 m), leaning forward from a standing position with straight legs (flexibility test), long jump from a standing position with a push with two legs, flexion and extension of the arms lying on the floor, shooting with an air rifle and other exercises.
A total of 17 employees gathered at the sports ground. The oldest participant, Nikolai Vasilyevich Belousov, a green farm worker, is 72 years old. The methodologists of the TRP of the Tuapse district note that the tests were carried out at a high level.
Employees are so used to playing sports that they consider it a way of life. And they are quite happy with it. This can be seen in the relaxed smile of Yulia Lebedeva, who, after passing all disciplines, including shooting, is calm and fresh, as at first. Yulia is an active member of the AMAKS Trade Union, responsible for sports.
– The secret is to enjoy sports, – says Yulia Lebedeva.
I would especially like to note the successes of agronomist Alexei Nikolaevich Nabok in 2023. He passed the standards perfectly and received a gold TRP badge.
The staff of the TRP department of the Tuapse district is confident that other sanatorium-resort complexes and hotels can take an example from such a sports team as AMAKS Resort Orbita and spend more free time on sports grounds.
